One Piece Chapter 1043: Liberation Warrior

The chapter opens with Luffu speaking, though we can't see him up close. The sound of the drums are getting louder.

Luffy: “What happened? I…

Why ? …How am I able to get up if I lost? I suddenly feel so much joy...

Hahahaha!! ”

As Luffy speaks, we see for a moment black lightning coming out of his body.

Zunesha is still with World Government ships in the sea near Wanokuni. Momonosuké looks at the roof of Onigashima, he trembles with anger.

Momonosuke: “Joy Boy…!?

You mean Luffy!? ”

Yamato: "Did… That's what Zunesha said!!?" ”

In the "Pleasure Hall" of the Right Brain Tower, Some is seen taking care of Sanji (he is lying on a futon). Suddenly, Sanji gets up because he felt something and he looks up.

Some: “Hey! Kyah!! ”

We go back to the stage floor, a great explosion of King's Haki comes from above. Lots of black lightning pierces the you and Kaido's subordinates fall unconscious. Kaido looks at the roof, he is perplexed.

Kaido: “What’s going on on the roof…!!! ”

On a double page, we see that the roof starts to break and Luffy's arm appears in the hole. The arm is huge and grabs Kaido's body without difficulty. Everyone is shocked.

Kid: “Straw Hat…!?”

Chopper (crying): “Luffy~~~~~!!? ”

Luffy pulls Kaido (Kaido's eyes pop out of their sockets, like in the cartoons) and easily pulls Kaido back to the roof.

Luffy increases his muscle mass and begins spinning Kaido (like spinning towels).

Luffy stops spinning him and starts rocking Kaido up and down on the ground, until he lets go. Kaido is stunned, with a bump on his head.

Luffy: “Hah. Hah.

Hahahaha!! ”

Kaido: “…!! Straw hat…!! You're still alive…!!

Boro Breath!!! ”

Luffy: “Ahahahaha!!

Eh ? Ahhhhhh!!!”

Luffy (who has returned to his normal form) is lying on the ground laughing nonstop, but when he sees Kaido's Boro Breath, he cries out in surprise. His eyes pop out of their sockets, but it's even more excessive than Kaido (But is it at the level of God Usopp?)

Luffy laughs nonstop and Kaido stands up. The Gear Fifth is officially presented.

Luffy: "Ayahyahya!! ”

Kaido: “…!! I'm sorry for what happened before, I was stupid…!!

Luffy looks at Kaido with determination and a smile on his face.

Luffy: “You don't have to say it!! Let's get this over with!!! ”

Some of Luffy's allies (Sanji, Kid, Law, Hyogoro and Marco) sense his presence as he is still alive.
